Conforming to the IEEE802.3 10Base-T, IEE802.3u 100Base-TX, and 100Base-FX (modules), the FSW-2409TFX provides a network data transfer rate up to 200 Mbps using the CSMA/CD protocol. Utilizing store-and-forward packet-forwarding techniques the FSW-2409TFX stores the incoming frame in an internal buffer where it is checked for errors before transmission, thereby preventing error packets from occurring. The result is a highly efficient and stable network. The future of your network is also taken into account with the optional MDU-0122FXT 100 Mbps ST and the MDU-0123FXC 100 Mbps SC fiber modules. They provide multimode fiber-optic cabling that will handle high-speed transmission paths in your network, and allow for easy and cost-effective expansion.
