All components are inspected stripped and high-voltage tested.
Housing is re-trapped to oem specifications and damage-checked for heat warping corrosion or improper surface alignment and refinished.
Clutch Assembly is inspected torque-tested and re-lubricated with OE-standard lubricant.
Pinion Gear is inspected and replaced as needed to meet engineering specifications.
Commutator is polished guaged and performance tested
Please note that Bosch may use either a Mitsuba or Denso starter core when remanufacturing starters for this application. The Mitsuba and Denso starters may differ somewhat in appearance, but Bosch advises that either brand starter will install and perform properly for this application.
